We're very proud to announce our new name! Languagility is now called Living Lingo!

Living Lingo delivers dementia-friendly language-learning to care settings.
Established in 2023 in Cheshire, Living Lingo has already helped hundreds of people living in care homes and at day-care centres to experience the joy and health benefits of learning a new language.
Research shows us that learning a language can help delay the onset of dementia, and is one of the best "workouts" your brain can have, whatever your age. (See the research page for more information and links).
Founder Liz Syed is a fully qualified, experienced Speech and Language Therapist and qualified Language Teacher. She has many years' experience of helping people of all ages with communication and language-learning.
Liz is an experienced German, French and Latin teacher, and is currently giving her own brain a work out by learning Mandarin Chinese!
